Pokémon Delta Reign: Everything to Know About the Next Set (November 6, 2026)

The next Pokémon TCG set, Delta Reign, releases November 6, 2026: Mega Rayquaza ex as the headline card, a brand-new paired Legendary Stadium mechanic, and over 135 cards total. Here's everything we know so far.

Release date and prerelease

Delta Reign hits stores on November 6, 2026, with a digital release on Pokémon TCG Live starting November 5. Prerelease tournaments run from October 24 to November 1, 2026, letting players discover the cards ahead of the official release. It's the English adaptation of the Japanese set Storm Emeralda (M6), released July 31, 2026.

Mega Rayquaza ex takes the spotlight

The set is part of the Mega Evolution series and stars Mega Rayquaza ex, available as a Special Illustration Rare and a Mega Ultra Rare. It's joined by Mega Golisopod ex, Mega Golurk ex, and Mega Malamar ex. Raikou ex and a card nicknamed "Zinnia's Trust" are also shaping up as highly sought-after Special Illustration Rare pulls.

A new mechanic: Legendary Stadiums

Delta Reign introduces Legendary Stadiums, a new Stadium card type played in pairs: you need both halves to activate the full effect. Three Legendary Stadiums are already confirmed: Legendary Ocean Trench, Legendary Summit, and Legendary Lava Lake.

Contents and rarities

The numbered main set totals 103 cards, rounded out by 37 secret cards (14 Illustration Rares, 17 Ultra Rares, and 6 Special Illustration Rares), for a total of over 135 cards. The English version adds roughly 30 cards not found in the original Japanese release.

Available products

Delta Reign will be available as standard booster packs and an Elite Trainer Box (ETB). No other formats have been officially detailed yet.
